In the recent shut down, theatre and it's weird little brother improv have been obviously put on ice for a bit, which has given me time to reflect.
Improv as taught me lots of things, almost all of them positive, and a surprising number have turned out to be "meta-lessons" that provide advice for life as much as for making good comedy.
